3. What did the war armistice mean?That the war was over!

4. When was the armistice signed? (month, day, time)11 month 11 day on the 11 hour

5. Who made 11/11 a holiday and what was it called?the Holiday was called Armistice.President Wilson made the Holiday.

6. What is the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier? people that couldn't be identified were buried in France.

7. Who changed the name to Veterans Day in 1954? President Dwight Eisenhower

8. What is the difference between Veterans Day and Memorial Day?Memorial day is for honoring military personnel that died in war...Veterans day is for honoring ALL men and women that served in the military

Graduation! Important or not???

Graduation! Graduation is important but you don't need it for some jobs. 60%of jobs you will need a diploma and the other 40% u don't need a diploma. But if you want a really good job you will need a diploma. theres a lot of different diplomas depending on what you want to do for yous career. like a doctor or an attorny you get good paychecks. but if you want to work at a resturant you dont really need a diploma. soooo if you want a diploma or not its up to you but diplomas give you better paychecks. lol =P

MATH!!!

Fractions are so hard to learn because its how they are typically taught in school books.Instead of presenting a rule, as many schoolbooks do, a better way is to teach children to visualize fractions, and perform some simple operations with these visual images or pictures, without knowingly applying any given 'rule'.
If a child is able to visualize fractions in his mind, they become more confused.Thats why fraction are so hard to learn. But adding is easy.

Mars Glows in X-Ray vision!!!

According to NASA, space weather is the greatest obstacle to deep space travel. the United states , japan , Europe and a couple more countries came up with the force Field shield that will let us go to Mars! Radiation and cosmic rays was making it to where we cant go near or close to Mars. Which made it to where we couldn't study the other planets beyond Mars. New research shows how scientist got knowledge from the pursuit of nuclear fusion research may reduce the threat to acceptable levels, making NASA's first mission to Mars a much greater possibility. And we can even study the other planets beyond the outer space...i like how NASA and anyone else is making a force Field to go farther out into space. i think u should read this cause its interesting and COOL!!!

Elections!

Election day is today!today is the day to vote.If you want a new high school building or not!thing is were so crowded here in FHS so were voting to see if people want a TAX increase or not for the new high school building.if you vote YES there will be a tax increase of $200 or more.if you vote NO there wont be a tax increase but the school will go All Year Round!!!i don't want the new high school building cause u get more days out of school when the school goes all year round. =D but i do want the new building cause i don't wanna be separated into groups of 2 for the year round school -.-!so vote YES or NO its up to you. If it was up to me i don't know what i would put. so vote today Nov. 4, 2008!

WEIRD!!

i heard a faint scratching at my door, i went to the door opened it and found a cat standing there.i picked the cat up and looked on the coller and i couldn't see the # written on it so i went to the house.i went in cause the door was opened.after i saw 2 dead bodies, i went to the phone dialed 911 and told them what i saw but that i didn't see what happened. After that the cops and ambulances came to the house and made it a crime scene.i went back home and went to sleep........
